About LifeGen
LifeGen was developed by Dr Audrey Malloy, a UK-based GP with postgraduate training in lifestyle medicine and a background in genetics, alongside years of clinical experience in health assessments and preventive care.
In clinical practice, it became increasingly clear how often health advice felt difficult to sustain inside real life.
Many women already knew a great deal about health.
The difficult part was rarely information alone.
More often, it was finding ways to care for themselves consistently while carrying work, family, responsibilities, changing energy, stress, and the mental load of everyday life.
LifeGen was created to offer a calmer, more sustainable kind of health support — one that helps women care for their health without adding more pressure to already full lives.
Grounded in lifestyle medicine, evidence, and clinical practice, LifeGen focuses on the everyday patterns that shape long-term health over time.

Health is shaped by more than medical care alone.
Sleep, food, movement, stress, recovery, emotional wellbeing, relationships, environment, and nervous system state all influence how we feel and function over time.
LifeGen is designed to support those foundations in ways that feel realistic, sustainable, and compatible with real life.
The focus is not perfection or extremes, but steadier health, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
Small, sustainable shifts often matter more than intense short-term change.
At its core, LifeGen values:
Evidence over opinion.
Support over pressure.
Sustainability over intensity.
Choice without blame.
Agency grounded in understanding.
